Jumbraj Khulputeea holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, and an MBA from CDAC/University of Mauritius. With over 20 years of experience in the field of ICT, he worked as a Systems Engineer at State Informatics Ltd for 7 years starting in 2000, before joining Anglo African Ltd as a Technical Lead in 2007.

Jumbraj has obtained certifications from major ICT brands such as Oracle servers and storage, Solaris operating System, IBM AIX operating systems, Veritas Netbackup, and cluster. He has successfully implemented enterprise solutions for various customers in the financial, government, and manufacturing sectors in Mauritius and internationally.

FTransitioning from a purely technical role, he leveraged his technical expertise to contribute to business development, securing new business opportunities in Mauritius, as well as expanding into new markets like Zambia and Djibouti.

In 2018, Jumbraj founded Stor Systems Ltd with the support of senior colleagues, establishing Stor Systems Ltd in Mauritius and Stor Systems Zambia Ltd in Zambia, both in May 2018.
